• Lead and stabilize a busy respiratory care department during a leadership transition.
• Report to the Senior Director of Nursing Excellence & Resource Management, oversee approximately 21 FTEs and two direct reports.
• Manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance with CAP/CLIA standards, address staffing challenges through recruitment, and build academic partnerships.
• Innovative, engaging, and positive leadership with experience fostering academic relationships. Must be highly organized, patient‑focused, adaptable to changing needs. Excellent communication skills critical.
• Available to start within 2‑3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must hold an active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Five to seven years of leadership experience in respiratory therapy required.

• Compensation Range: $165,000 – $170,000 annually.
• Final compensation determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations per Fair Market Value. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits.
• Base range is a good faith estimate at posting and may adjust.
