- Lead and stabilize a busy respiratory care department during a leadership transition.
- Report to the Senior Director of Nursing Excellence & Resource Management, oversee approximately 21 FTEs and two direct reports.
- Manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance with CAP/CLIA standards, address staffing challenges through recruitment, and build academic partnerships.
- Innovative, engaging, and positive leadership with experience fostering academic relationships. Must be highly organized, patient‑focused, adaptable to changing needs. Excellent communication skills critical.
- Available to start within 2‑3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must hold an active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
- Five to seven years of leadership experience in respiratory therapy required.
- Easy access to Washington, D.C., short drive from Clinton for cultural events, dining, historical attractions.
- Scenic outdoor activities at nearby parks and the Potomac River – hiking, boating, fishing.
- Diverse community with strong local pride and close‑knit suburban feel.

- Compensation Range: $165,000 – $170,000 annually.
- Final compensation determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations per Fair Market Value. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits.
