Nationally recognized Port Clinton Middle School has an opening for a STEM Teacher beginning with the 2026-27 school year.
Our state of the art school building is designed especially for middle school learners in mind with large group work areas and the latest technology in the classroom and beyond.
Port Clinton Middle School educates students in grades 6, 7 and 8. Students experience an interdisciplinary curriculum approach to learn a variety of practical methods involving the teaming process. This instructional process is designed to directly benefit students at the most critical stage of their academic, social, and emotional development. Each core team of teachers pool their resources, interests, expertise, and knowledge of students to jointly take responsibility for meeting each student's needs.
These core groups of teachers share the same students and planning time each day. The groups of students are referred to as “Fleets.” Teaming and a unique schedule has gained this school national attention and awards along with the finest student experience.
The Port Clinton City School District is a district of approximately 1400 students located on the shores of Lake Erie. Thanks to the support of the community, Port Clinton is a financially stable district and has state‑of‑the‑art facilities.
