Safely and efficiently operate asphalt paving equipment to place, level, and finish pavement according to project specifications.;
Monitor mat thickness, asphalt flow, and compaction to ensure high-quality results.;
Read and interpret project plans, grades, and layout markings; coordinate with rollers, screed operators, and lutemen to optimize production.;
Perform daily equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.;
Adhere to highway safety regulations, traffic control plans, and job site protocols; promote safety and PPE adherence.
