Defense Acquisition Support Services (DAS) is seeking a Sr. Contract Analyst II to support our customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
ResponsibilitiesThe contractor shall perform the following tasks:
- Provide support drafting Acquisition Strategy documents in preparation for acquisition review boards.
- Provide support and/or review program milestone-related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD 5000 series directives.
- Develop program acquisition documentation to include Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, and PWS’.
- Provide recommendations and assistance with the acquisition strategy documentation, analysis, and possible courses of action for consideration for ACAT programs.
- Support the planning and development of complex acquisitions ranging from commercial and non-commercial purchases, interagency acquisitions, TIAs, and OTAs for experimental purpose agreements.
- Support the planning and development of follow-on production agreements, sole source acquisitions, IDIQ’s and multiple hybrid type contracts and agreements, and terms and conditions to meet the Government’s requirement.
- Active Secret Clearance (required)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years in DoD/Government Contracting (1102 series)
- 5+ years of experience supporting Defense agencies in the CBRND mission space
- DAWIA level III certification , Contracting Professional Certification, or equivalent.
