Inside Sales Representative – Custom Apparel & Merch

Adcraft is a family‑owned and operated custom apparel and merchandise company that’s been helping businesses, schools, and organizations nationwide since 1974. We’re in the middle of an exciting expansion into a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art headquarters in Clinton, IA, and we’re looking for motivated, people‑oriented Inside Sales Representatives to help us take our next big leap.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs (projects, apparel, budgets, timelines)
  • Manage a personal account list and guide clients through projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with account managers, artists, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide excellent communication and service to build repeat business
  • Document activities in our CRM to maintain clear, predictable workflows
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive, outgoing personality — confident leading client conversations
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, video, in‑person)
  • Highly organized with project management abilities
  • Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple clients/projects
  • Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or other client‑facing roles preferred
  • A “team‑first” attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
