Job Description

Here at Colony Brands Clinton Fulfillment our Warehouse Associate application covers a variety of positions which include the following:

• Pick/Pack – employees are responsible for picking and packing customer orders. This requires walking the warehouse aisles while pulling a cart to fulfill customer orders. Other responsibilities include working on the line to package the customer orders.
• Returns – employees use a computer to input information to process returns from customers. They use training to determine what should be done with the returned product.
• Inbound – includes Quality Assurance Inspectors and Dock positions. Inspectors take measurements and confirm specifications of products received from vendors. Dock workers unload containers, complete sorts and counts of product, and receive products into the operating system.

• Wage varies by position, starting at $15.00+ per hour.
• Most positions offer a performance incentive.
