Location:A city located in eastern Iowa. The Quad Cities area is about 30-40 miles southwest of this city and Cedar Rapids is around 70 miles northwest!
Facility: A medical center providing a range of services including emergency care, surgical procedures, imaging, maternity care, and more. They aim to provide high-quality, compassionate care to the community they serve.
Opportunity:
- Candidate must have experience with procedures in both adult & pediatric patients
- CRNA shall directly provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for the benefit of individual Hospital patients, as may be required to meet Hospital s requirements for such services in a timely manner through scheduled or on call coverage, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia; intravenous sedation; intravenous regional anesthesia; regional blocks; and conductive anesthesia, as required by Hospital s patients (including inpatients, surgical outpatients and those receiving emergency care.)
- In addition, CRNA shall:
- Provide pre-evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital.
- Provide post-surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia; and
- Respond promptly to those codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged, as practitioner availability permits. - Works collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.
