Depot Technician

Title: Depot Technician (Entry Level) – Maintenance Technician 2

Location: Clinton, PA, 15026

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Hours: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexibility: 2nd Shift if needed (potentially 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

The Depot Repair Technician I supports troubleshooting, repair, decontamination, documentation, and refurbishment of electronic equipment within a designated depot repair facility. This is a full-time, 6‑month contract role with potential for conversion, open to candidates with a basic technical background and strong work ethic.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment
• Document incoming and outgoing machines using Oracle, Service Alliance
  
  TM, and Microsoft® Office
• Inspect incoming machines for required repairs, upgrades, fluid spills, or damage
• Decontaminate incoming machines using required PPE
• Prepare, package, and ship machines back to customers upon request
• Package finished goods and deliver to the warehouse
• Disassemble scrap machines, salvage reusable parts, and prepare components for refurbishment
• Support special projects as assigned
• Comply with ISO 14001 and internal environmental management system requirements
• Accept overtime and weekend work as required

• Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching
• Frequent use of hands to handle tools and equipment
• Lift/move up to 10 lbs regularly; occasional lifting up to 45 lbs
• Operate manual pallet jacks and move heavy materials
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, moderate noise, and hazardous chemicals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some technical background (work experience preferred; open to new graduates)
• Self‑starter with strong motivation
• Comfortable wearing PPE
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
