• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy.
• Apply play‑based and naturalistic techniques in a supportive therapy environment.
• Guide children’s progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child’s development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

• Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs. Ability to sustain impact to body, running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, and bending at the waist. Full range of motion of hands and arms. Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time. Ability to move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background check and drug test required at time of hire. Safety is a priority at Lighthouse.
