$38.67–$43.67 per hour + tax‑free allowance, subject to experience, licensure, and certifications. Gross weekly rate: $2,592.00.

As an experienced Registered Nurse looking for premium compensation and maximum flexibility, you will fill short‑ and long‑term assignments throughout the Trinity Health system. Nationwide and regional opportunities are available.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Apply standard professional practice elements: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license scope and retain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to quality and improvement practices.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities; embrace cultural differences and manage competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license in applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, or Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS, and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.
