• Design and implement tooling and automated systems to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automated machinery.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train operators on new technologies and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and SAP (or willingness to learn).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Office and manufacturing plant environment.
