- Expect to split time 30/70 between Hematology and Medical Oncology
- After hour calls are by phone only and are very minimal.
- Practice is attached to the hospital
- Currently sees an average of 30 patients per day - patient population is adult and geriatric
- New patient visits are allocated 30 minutes and follow-up patients 15 minutes.
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- REQUIRED - Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology
- REQUIRED - IA license (or willing to obtain)
- REQUIRED - Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field)
