Job Description
** Multimedia Design Intern (Graphic/Photo/Video Intern) (Summer 2026)
**** Clinton Lumber Kings Baseball Club - Member of the Prospect League
**** Clinton, IA
**** Part-Time** **------------------------------------------------------------------
- ** DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES - HOME GAMES:
* Collaborate with Director of Broadcasting & Media Relations to create visually appealing graphics for digital media.
* Assist in capturing high-quality photos and videos for various projects and campaigns.
* Contribute to developing multimedia content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
* Support day-to-day design tasks, including photo editing, graphic layout, and video editing.
* Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
* Assist in the creation of multimedia content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Various tasks around the facilities that are not listed in the job description (e.g. pulling tarp on the field)
* Operate gameday media equipment (e.g. cameras, video recording software, video board, etc.)AWAY GAMES:
* Create graphics/videos for road games or any breaking news to publish on all social media platforms
* Communicate with our broadcaster for any immediate updates on a game (Postponement of game, rain delays, etc.) Requirements:
* Must be available for all thirty home games at Nelson Corp Field and other events as needed
* Entering the 2026-27 school year as a high school junior (minimum)
* Portfolio work showcasing your talent as a graphic designer/photographer/videographer
* Currently enrolled in graphic design, photography, videography/film, or related programs.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software (Adobe Creative Suite).
* Interests in photo/video with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
* Creative thinking and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of baseball

Preferred Qualifications:

* Relevant coursework or projects showcasing graphic design, photography, or video skills.
* Familiarity with video/photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom)
* Some college or college degree in relevant field of study
* Reside in the Clinton area or have housing arrangements in the Clinton area What You’ll Gain:
