About the Position
A reputable hospital in   Clinton Township   is actively seeking an experienced  Surgical Cardiovascular APP (NP/PA)  to provide coverage in their  Inpatient CVICU .

If you are acute care trained and comfortable managing post-op cardiovascular surgery patients autonomously — this is a great short-term assignment with full travel coverage and flexible shifts.

Assignment Details

Start Date:

ASAP (upon credentialing)
Length:  90–120 days

Schedule:

12-hour shifts in the CVICU

Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Swing: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Weekdays & weekends available
Call:  No call required

Requirements
Practice Setting

Inpatient, hospital-based CVICU

Adult patient population

Average 12 patients per day

EMR:
Epic

APP will work autonomously

Supervising physician present during assignment

Responsibilities

Provide autonomous care for adult CVICU patients

Manage post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients

Perform advanced cardiovascular monitoring

Board Certified (AANP or NCPA) –  Required

Michigan License –  Required

Acute Care trained & certified –  Required

Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) –  Required at presentation

BLS / ACLS / CALS – Preferred
