Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse proficient in managing clinical procedures to ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of patient care. This position involves developing admission and discharge procedures, collaborating with human resources for policy development, and monitoring compliance with clinic policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops clinical procedures ensuring patient safety and quality.
• Establishes admission and discharge procedures and ensures pre-admission criteria are met.
• Researches cost reduction strategies and implements them where applicable.
• Evaluates patient care and reports problems to relevant team members.
• Collaborates with Human Resources for personnel policy development.
• Acts as a resource and role model for staff.
• Plans, evaluates, and implements new initiatives as needed.
• Oversees employee selection, coaching, development, and performance evaluation.
• Ensures compliance with clinic policies and regulations, including infection control and patient confidentiality.
• Maintains adherence to CPR, ACLS, safety, and risk management protocols.
• Leads quality improvement and assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN, CPR, ACLS certifications.
• Experience in ASC settings.
• Administrative, management, or leadership experience is required.
• Preferred experience in infusion services.
