Provide Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services with a full range of administrative, programmatic and special project support in a fast paced environment.
This position is full time, and the administrative backbone of the clinical department!
- Document resident status as per policy.
- Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
- Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department.
EXPERIENCE &
EDUCATION:
- Minimum one year of experience in assisted living; memory care experience preferred.
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
- Rotating on-call schedule with Director of Health Services.
