Job Title: Salesperson – Packaging Solutions Specialist
Location: Clifton, NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 50,000/yr + commission

As we expand, we re looking for a passionate and driven Salesperson with a focus on packaging solutions to join our team!
Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients in need of luxury packaging solutions, including gift boxes and premium decorative packaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their packaging needs.
- Present and sell a wide variety of packaging products, including custom gift boxes, high-end packaging materials, eco-friendly options, and luxury ribbon.
- Provide quotes, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product specifications and timelines are met.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to recommend the best packaging solutions.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and online marketing to promote our luxury packaging and gift box solutions.
- Proven sales experience in packaging, materials, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong understanding of luxury packaging types, including custom gift boxes, ribbon, and premium finishing touches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
