Overview
As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There’s potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs.
Responsibilities- Our Bar Backs play an important role in daily operations by ensuring the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning barware, restocking glassware and plateware, replenishing and rotating wines and top-shelf liquor.
- Ensure beer taps are working properly and change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh.
- Efficiency and organization with the ability to multitask and keen observation.
- Ability to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 lbs.
- Mobility throughout the shift and high endurance.
