Banquet Server

Position Summary

The Banquet Server is a vital member of our hospitality team, expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong service-oriented approach. Our banquet servers play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for weddings, private parties, member events, and other special functions.

• Greet and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware, according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with club standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events.
• Clear tables and reset for subsequent courses or events.
• Assist with breakdown and clean-up after events.
• Work closely with banquet captains and management to ensure flawless execution of events.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude.
