Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs

Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and at-home care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Collaborate with physicians, other PTs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care

Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and improvement

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current NJ Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

New grads welcome; mentorship provided

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for patient care and improving quality of life
