Physical Therapist Center Manager
Kessler Rehabilitation Center
Location: 1358 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience

- Provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.
- Possess a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development, facilitating team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
- Center Manager involved in community organization to help grow the business.
- Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identify key indicators and influence them.
- Communicate with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provide clinical and operational performance updates.
- Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
- Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required, supervisory experience preferred.
