• Base Salary: $85,000‑$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 available in select locations!

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
