Your Role

As a Care Manager (Division 1 / Grade
5), you’ll be central to clinical care and team leadership, providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents and their loved ones. You’ll thrive as a hands-on leader in a collaborative and respectful culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
• Oversee medication management and wound care
• Collaborate on care planning and clinical recommendations
• Drive continuous clinical improvement
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors
• Ensure timely assessments, care plans, and documentation
• Mentor staff in clinical education and competency
• Foster an inclusive, values-driven team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA Registration
• Strong clinical experience and leadership skills
• Passion for aged care and person-centred support
• Excellent communication and professional presence
• Commitment to quality improvement and team development

Things that matter to us

• Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division
  1)
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
