NEW SALON ALERT! We are a female owned one stop shop salon.
We offer many services such as hair services, nail services, lash extensions, brow services, facials, body waxing, spray tanning, and much more! We also offer multiple services to save the client time! (For example: Someone is able to get a manicure with their hair service.) We are a salon filled with experienced salon professionals. Our team encourages our clients to get all their services in one location, which enables our team to build an even bigger, loyal clientele.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair. We are looking for someone who is experienced and has a following. This salon is a great opportunity to meet new clients!
This is a completely new salon, fully renovated and spacious, and has a great team! Please send a resume (optional) along with a professional social media with photos and videos of your work to prove you are experienced (mandatory).
Duties- Perform hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments according to clients' preferences
- Offer specialized services: curly cuts, hair extensions, up-dos (optional)
- Utilize retail math knowledge to recommend and sell appropriate hair care products
- Use color theory to create stunning hair color transformations
- Mentor junior staff members and share expertise in cosmetology techniques
- Upsell additional services to clients based on their needs and desires
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Valid NJ Cosmetology license
- Proficiency in VAGARO or similar salon software
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Prior experience in hair styling, coloring, and treatments
