Part-Time Sales Agent

Introduction

• Increase sales for our agency by selling company products/services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory.
• Represent the company in all reseller/channel support activities.
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations.
• Ensure cold calls are executed on applications generated from events, all renewal quotes are made, all quotes are followed up, and grassroots marketing is performed daily.
• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships.
• Attend sales training as needed.
• Develop sales reports as required.

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year sales experience. Employment contingent upon obtaining a P&C license within 60 days. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency.
• Preferred: Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Behaviors: Acts independently with minimal direction. Strong interpersonal skills.
