A team of compassionate nurses is needed to provide care for a special client/patient. This position involves high acuity care with training available in tracheostomy and ventilator care.

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3-4 days/week) or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3-4 days/week).

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire, if necessary.
• Current TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Not accepting new graduate nurses; at least 6 months hands‑on experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
