Your Role as a CNAAs a vital part of our care team, you will:
- Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support medication management as directed by licensed professionals
- Monitor and report changes in residents' vital signs and overall health
- Offer compassionate communication to residents and families
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and staff to ensure excellent care
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aide (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a care setting
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to assist with resident mobility and transfers
- Comfortable following individualized care plans and schedules
