• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners using the trained sales system on an iPad and close same‑day sales.
• Overcome objections and handle rejection positively.
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design.
• Achieve at leasttä 30% conversion of the leads issued.
• Occasionally generate your own business leads (up to 1 hourიერ/day).

Run approximately 8‑10 leads a week.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.
