What will a Store Associate do?
- Support Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values in everyday actions and decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
- Be punctual and dependable.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors while directing complaints to management.
- Perform work tasks according to training, e‑learning, and work instructions.
- Effectively transition products to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
- Abide by all Goodwill policies and procedures.
- Ensure security of all company assets and donations.
- Perform general sales floor and production area duties and cross‑train in all work areas.
- Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
- Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized production work area and retail sales floor at all times.
- Follow safety and security practices, including reporting hazards and injuries to management.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
