What will a Store Associate do?

• Support Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values in everyday actions and decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
• Be punctual and dependable.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors while directing complaints to management.
• Perform work tasks according to training, e‑learning, and work instructions.
• Effectively transition products to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Abide by all Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of all company assets and donations.
• Perform general sales floor and production area duties and cross‑train in all work areas.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized production work area and retail sales floor at all times.
• Follow safety and security practices, including reporting hazards and injuries to management.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
