• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Explain and promote benefits, offerings, and services; assist with loyalty program enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use the Target App (Wallet) and direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
• Handle returns following Target’s policies and procedures with assistance from leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Maintain safety and compliance, report hazards, and follow policies and training.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and related duties while complying with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol laws).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology; work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; flexible to work in varying temperatures and conditions for roles like Drive-Up or carryout.
