• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with all applicable laws, including adult beverage laws where required.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule, including varying hours, days or shifts (nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
