Installation Supervisor

Overview

The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The IS is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. Responsibilities include monitoring measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs.

This may involve reviewing and executing project schedules, assisting with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, updating customer information in our job software, and tracking labor expenses.

• Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness and ensure they are placed on the books.
• Track labor and material costs.
• Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed.
• Maintain branch production speed.
• Review concerns with Regional Manager.
• Execute Jump program.
• Employee and subcontractor recruitment.
• Review schedules with Operations Supervisor and Regional Manager.
• Job measures and installations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Applicant should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows. Good problem‑solving skills are required. Must be competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently. Must be well organized and able to think on your feet. Must be proactive in managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and delivering win‑win solutions for both customers and employees/subcontractors.
