The Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in recruiting students for Lee University’s Online and Graduate programs. This full-time, hourly, twelve-month position requires strong sales and communication skills to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and meet recruitment goals. The role involves working special on-campus and off-campus events, including some evenings, weekends, and moderate travel. The Enrollment Specialist reports directly to the Director of Online and Graduate Admissions.
Qualifications- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn systems such as Colleague and Target
X. - Professional image and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preference given to Lee University graduates).
- Previous experience in sales or college admissions preferred.
- Apply proven sales and marketing techniques to recruit students for online and graduate programs.
- Clearly communicate the educational and career benefits of Lee University programs to prospective students.
- Manage daily recruiting activities using CRM software (Target
X), including calls, texts, emails, and letters. - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all student interactions in Target
X. - Provide personalized guidance to applicants regarding program options, application requirements, and deadlines.
- Represent Online & Graduate Admissions at recruitment events, professional meetings, and virtual sessions.
- Monitor progress toward monthly enrollment goals and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Undergraduate Admissions, Records, and Financial Aid Office when necessary.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
