• 2 years Customer Service experience required
• Call Center experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening
• Ability to analyze customer’s needs quickly and efficiently
• Appliance Parts knowledge (helpful but not required)
• Demonstrated competency in Windows
• Strong Internet Search knowledge
• Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task
