Description of the role: Welcome to Wood Spring Suites Cleveland! We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, TN. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
• Handle reservations and cancellations
• Process guest payments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive compensation of $13.00 - $14.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
