General Manager

• Oversee daily delivery and transportation operations- ensure safe, timely, and efficient deliveries.
• Develop and implement operational policies and performance standards.
• Optimize scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster accountability and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships while driving growth opportunities.
• Ensure all contract requirements are met or exceeded for client.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent,
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience, including managing large teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in the transportation, logistics or delivery field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new dashboards and portals.
