Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for operation of a grease collection truck to collect cooking oil while providing quality service to our customers.

• Pump or load grease containers; ensure cleanliness of container and surrounding area; return container with screen and lock secured; note any damages to container or corral area; properly complete route ticket with customer signature.
• Follow the established route as assigned.
• Maintain company vehicle in clean condition.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections of the vehicle; operate the vehicle in accordance with state, federal, local regulations and company policy and procedures; observe all company safety rules.
• Attend all safety meetings as required; may be asked to serve on Safety Committee.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by presenting a professional appearance and attitude.
• Complete all company required paperwork in accordance with policies (route tickets, driver vehicle inspection reports, accident reports, mileage reports, service forms, etc.).
• Maintain and update vehicle condition report on a daily basis.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old with clean MVR.
• Current CDL A license with proper tanker endorsements required.
• Must be registered on the Clearinghouse (FMCSA).

• Prior route experience within a customer oriented environment preferred.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Dependable and reliable; ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle and general maintenance.
