• Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers.
• Live unloads at customer locations, no hand unloads.
• 10–15 loads per week with 1–3 stop‑offs per load.
• Drive within 400 miles of Akron, OH.

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
