Non-CDL Truck Driver- Cleveland, OH

Salary: $16 - $20 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 6-Day Work Week

As a Non CDL Truck Driver at our Cleveland facility, you will be responsible for safely operating 26ft (or longer) box trucks to transport goods over designated routes. This is a regional driver position that requires deliveries to restaurants regionally. One (1) to two (2) nights overnight may be required as the route dictates.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition. Report any maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Safely load and unload goods using proper lifting techniques, ensuring that cargo is securely stowed as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods punctually and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries courteously.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and traffic laws, including compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with no more than 4 points on your license in the last 2 years and no at-fault accidents within the same period.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a box truck driver.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate safe driving skills.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
