Overview

Responsibilities- Support the day‑to‑day management of the valet operation to foster an excellent guest experience and good client relations.
- Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume.
- Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.
- Prepare and process daily paperwork in accordance with audit compliance standards.
- Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
- Review damage claims.
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
- Substitute for any position, if necessary.
- Complete other duties as needed.
- High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and an acceptable driving record.
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week‑ends may be required.
- Strong guest orientation and a positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
- Exhibits sound judgment.
- Physical demands: regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; lift or move up to 25 pounds.
