Assistant Manager, Valet Operations

Overview

• Support the day‑to‑day management of the valet operation to foster an excellent guest experience and good client relations.
• Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork in accordance with audit compliance standards.
• Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
• Review damage claims.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
• Substitute for any position, if necessary.
• Complete other duties as needed.

• High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week‑ends may be required.
• Strong guest orientation and a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
• Exhibits sound judgment.
• Physical demands: regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; lift or move up to 25 pounds.
