You’ll keep an eye on shipments to make sure they get where they’re supposed to be, on time. That means checking where trucks are, setting up delivery and pickup times, and letting the team know if something goes wrong. You’ll work closely with our operations and customer service teams, and you’ll also deal directly with trucking companies all over the country.

The main goal: keep everything running smoothly and keep customers happy.

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL JOB AND TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED***

• Set up appointments for trucks to load or unload.
• Give trucking companies the right info quickly.
• Track shipments while they’re moving.
• Keep shipment records clean and accurate.
• Update shipment locations on time.
• Use our software to make sure shipments are tracked automatically.
• Work with other teams to spot and solve problems before they get bigger.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in logistics or customer service is helpful, but not required.
• Experience using shipping software (TMS) is a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Organized, able to juggle multiple things at once, and good at solving problems quickly.
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling data.
