Works with the head coach in all facets of the women's soccer program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Responsible for player development, scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, and equipment management. Assists with coaching and training operations of the program. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.
* Experience as a competitor and/or coach at the college, club, international level, or equivalent.
* Valid driver's license and ability to establish driver eligibility under CSU's Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferably in sports management or related field.
* Experience in practice and game day coaching, recruiting, scheduling, academic support, camps, and clinics.
