Full Stack Engineer

Savage Innovations is a Cleveland-based digital engineering firm building high-performance software systems for automotive, real estate/title insurance, insurance, and operationally complex industries.

We specialize in:

• Modern React applications
• Cloud-native systems
• AI-driven software platforms

We also operate a leading AI SaaS product with active growth initiatives. Team members contributing to that product may qualify for profit share incentives based on performance and impact.

• Design and develop scalable .NET Core APIs
• Build responsive front-end applications using React (Type Script)
• Design and optimize SQL Server schemas and queries
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows using Git Hub and modern Dev Ops practices
• Take full ownership of features from requirement to release
• Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with senior executives, CIOs, and operational end-users
• Travel as required for client meetings, workshops, or onsite collaboration
• Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• Contribute to architecture and feature development for our AI product

• Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced client services environment
• 3–6+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
• .NET Core / C# APIs
• React JS (Type Script preferred)
• SQL Server
• Experience deploying to Azure or AWS
• Experience with Git Hub and CI/CD workflows
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)

• Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level leadership
• Self-starter with ownership mentality
• Bias toward action and delivery
• Growth-oriented mindset with desire to evolve into Senior, Lead, or Principal roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (Equivalent practical experience will be considered)
