• At least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience in .NET development.
• Strong technical proficiency and confidence in coding.
• Code test required.
• Open to H‑1B transfer for those already on H‑1B.
• Direct employment only (no C2C, 1099, or third‑party brokerage).

We work exclusively with direct clients. All roles are W2 and we do not engage third‑party brokers.
