Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for supporting the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. They will use their experience in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

This role requires a developing understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will contribute to ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of experience in application development or application engineering

• 2-4 years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering
• Familiarity in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
• Experience in software development tools such as Git or Jenkins

• Front-End Development Tools React.js, Backend Tools Spring framework and Relational Databases.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Experience of Spring Boot's features, Spring Web Flux, Spring Data Reactive, and other relevant Spring modules.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and building microservice architectures.
