Overview
The Senior Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. They will use their programming languages, tools, and delivery model expertise, in conjunction with methodology expertise, to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. The role requires mastery-level understanding of Oracle programming languages and Oracle tools, and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
The incumbent will work with project teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure the development process runs smoothly and that software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless end-user experience.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications
- Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages
- Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software
- Collaborate with users, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to keep the team’s skills current
- Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in application development or application engineering
- Skills And Experience
- 4+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, PL/SQL, and Java Script
- Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins
- Preferred
- Experience in Java, Python, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Rest, JSON, XHTML, XML
