• Work closely with business product owners and IT teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front‑end and back‑end components
• Ensure seamless delivery and integration of technology solutions
• Understand the NPHS business and build thoughtful, complete solutions
• Maintain stability and implement new technology where beneficial
• Participate in special projects to align with strategic priorities

• 4–8 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of technical concepts and principles
• Ability to work on complex projects of large scope
• Experience developing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

• Experience in a product‑centric team operating in an agile model
• Familiarity with application development and maintenance best practices
• Previous mentoring experience for less experienced colleagues
