The Role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and enhance an internal application used to onboard and configure new clients. This role focuses on streamlining and automating workflows that are currently manual, enabling the business to scale more efficiently.
You’ll work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to own features end to end, contribute to system design, and deliver reliable, maintainable software.
Required Skills & Experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with C#, .NET, MVC, and Web APIs
Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases
2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms
Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (
Vue preferred; React or Angular also acceptable
)Experience practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of code and features
Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership
Majority new development
Some maintenance and enhancements
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
Build and enhance frontend functionality using modern JavaScript frameworks
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
Work with SQL Server to support application data needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
Own features from development through deployment
Support ongoing improvements to performance, reliability, and scalability

Contract length: 3–4 months (possibility for extension)
Hourly rate: $50–$52/hour
