Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/R Technician
, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

LocationCleveland, Ohio
Pay$35-$38/hr.
What’s the Job- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
- troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, utilizing CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
- Respond promptly to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and support emergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems (rack refrigeration, walk‑in coolers, freezers, ice machines, etc).
- Valid state driver’s license.
