Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity;
Perform routine inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems;
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met;
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, utilizing CMMS systems such as Corrigo;
Respond promptly to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and support emergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime
